There are only a few days left to get tickets for the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame’s 2026 Induction Dinner & Ceremony on September 26 at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina. The Induction Dinner begins at 7 p.m. and is preceded by a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. Tickets are available for $120 per person, with tables of eight also available. Ticket sales close on Monday, September 21, so act soon to help the Hall of Fame celebrate our 60th anniversary and this wonderful 2026 induction class. The class features Olympic medalists Cameron Baerg (rowing) and Brianne Theisen-Eaton (athletics), as well as former Saskatchewan Roughriders receiver Chris Getzlaf (football) and pioneering blind golfer Otto Huber (golf) in the athlete category. Dr. Marlys Misfeldt (sport medicine & science) and Ross Wilson (basketball) will also be inducted, as well as the trailblazing 2011-2014 Saskatoon Valkyries women’s football teams.
You can also join us at our annual open house from 1-2:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 26. This is the first opportunity for the inductees and the public to see the unveiling of Dedication to Sport: Our 2026 Inductees, a feature exhibit celebrating this year’s induction class. This event is open to the public, as we will be maintaining our regular Saturday hours of noon to 4 p.m.

The Hall of Fame is hosting a silent auction again this year as part of the Induction Dinner & Ceremony. The first auction items up for bid are live on our online auction site. The auction will transfer to a live silent auction at 2 p.m. on September 26 and conclude at the end of the Induction Dinner. Winning items will be shipped anywhere in North America, and we are pleased to have a new avenue for our out-of-province inductees and members to support our initiatives.
The auction features family packages, fitness packages, dining and getaways – there’s truly something for everyone. Included in the auction items this year are a signed Leon Draisaitl Edmonton Oilers jersey, Saskatchewan Rush game tickets with a night at Dakota Dunes, his-and-hers Oregon Ducks packages with Nike sneakers, and a spa weekend at Manitou Beach with golf passes. And a lot more!
Another way to support the Hall of Fame is through our Fame & Fortune 50/50 raffle. There will only be 15,000 tickets sold before the draw is held at the 2026 Induction Dinner & Ceremony on September 26, so get yours soon!
The jackpot has passed the $1,000 mark, and we’re looking forward to seeing how high it can climb during the Induction Dinner before announcing a winner. Tickets are $10 each, or 3 for $20 or 10 for $50, and are only available for purchase by Saskatchewan residents per provincial lottery regulations.
Proceeds from the 50/50 raffle and the silent auction support the Hall of Fame’s programming, as well as the care for our collection, refreshment of our galleries, the creation of new exhibits, and allow us to bring sport history to communities across the province through our Travelling Mobile Exhibit. These funds will also help us develop exciting new educational experiences, including our upcoming STEM Curling Gallery, where visitors can discover the science behind one of Saskatchewan’s most iconic sports through hands-on learning.
