The Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame has three featured galleries for our visitors to enjoy.
When you first enter the Hall of Fame you will find yourself in our featured exhibit gallery. This gallery offers our latest featured exhibit that highlights one specific facet of Saskatchewan sport history. These featured exhibits change regularly.
Building Blocks is the current featured exhibit, celebrating the contributions of the province’s sport builders. Also available in this gallery is our adaptive curling ice.
Further into the Hall of Fame are our interactive galleries which feature the STEM Interactive Gallery sponsored by SaskTel and the multi-sport simulator.
The second gallery is also home to On the Body: Sport, Memory and the Clothes Athletes Wore, a new exhibit that celebrates some of the great textiles in the Hall of Fame collection. In addition, Dedication to Sport spans the back wall of the Hall of Fame and honours our most recent induction class with artifacts from their sporting careers. The seven members who were inducted in the fall of 2025 are currently featured in Dedication to Sport.
Finally, the SSHF’s Hall of Fame Gallery is located in the back of the Hall of Fame. This gallery depicts all 561 of the SSHF’s inducted athletes, builders and teams. Each inductee is depicted based on their year of induction starting with our inaugural class of 1966. To learn more about these inductees and their stories, our new touch table and 3D artifact display case also feature supplementary stories, artifacts, and videos for the inductees. In addition, iPads are also located in the Hall of Fame Gallery to explore their citations, artifacts, and photos on the SSHF website.
