The SSHF invites you to an autograph session the day after our 50th Anniversary Gala. Pose for photos and chat with Saskatchewan sports legends. From Grey Cup Champions to Stanley Cup Champions and Olympic Medalists, sports fans won’t want to miss this opportunity. Gerry James, Al Ford, Bob Bourne, Ed Staniowski, Chico Resch, Joan McCusker, Diane Jones Konihowski, John Konihowski, and many more will be in attendance.
Diamond Girls FINAL Performance:
We know there’s a football game that day, but… don’t miss your last chance to see Diamond Girls! There’s no guarantee this play will ever be shown again.
Diamond Girls is a one-act, one-woman play featuring the Saskatchewan connection to the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League. Regina actress Malia Becker has the challenging task of portraying multiple characters throughout this one hour performance including three Saskatchewan inductees, Mary “Bonnie” Baker, Arleene (Johnson) Noga, and Daisy Junor.
